KUDUS (SUARABARU.ID) – Juru Bicara Gugus Tugas Covid-19 Kabupaten Kudus, dr Andini Aridewi menyatakan, tim medis langsung bergerak cepat menyusul terkonfirmasinya dua pasien di Kudus yang positif Covid-19. Seluruh kontak terdekat pasien dilacak untuk menjalani rapid tes oleh tim medis dari Dinas Kesehatan.
“Begitu ada konfirmasi positif, kami langsung melakukan rapid test terutama kepada kontak terdekat pasien,”ujar Andini kepada wartawan melalui video conference, Minggu (5/4).
Menurut Andini, untuk pasien yang berasal dari Kudus, sejumlah orang keluarga dekat yang harus menjalani rapid test. Dan hasilnya, mereka semua dinyatakan negatif Covid-19.
Sementara, untuk pasien yang dari Kabupaten Pati, rapid test juga dilakukan ke beberapa orang yang diketahui melakukan kontak fisik. Yang cukup menggembirakan, rapid test ini pun hasilnya negatif semua.
“Alhamdulillah, dari total 79 yang menjalani rapid test, semuanya negatif. Namun, kami tetap meminta mereka untuk menjalani protokol kesehatan yang berlaku yakni dengan mengisolasi diri secara benar selama 14 hari,”kata Andini.

Dikatakan Andini, untuk saat ini kondisi kedua pasien yang positif Covid-19 tersebut cukup baik secara fisik. Keduanya masih menjalani isolasi di RSUD dr Loekmonohadi dan di RS Mardi Rahayu.
Lebih lanjut, dikatakan Andini, kedua pasien tersebut tergolong dalam pasien Orang Tanpa Gejala (OTG). Untuk pasien yang dari Kudus, saat pulang dari Jakarta sebenarnya sudah berstatus PDP dan diambil sampelnya. Namun yang bersangkutan hanya mendapatkan perawatan dari Puskesmas dan menjalani isolasi mandiri, karena memang tidak menunjukkan gejala Covid-19.
Begitu juga dengan pasien dari Pati, juga sempat melakukan perjalanan Pati, Kudus dan Jepara. Begitu hasil tesnya keluar, keduanya langsung dinaikkan statusnya menjadi positif Covid-19.
Status KLB
Dengan terkonfirmasinya dua pasien positif tersebut, kata Andini, maka Kabupaten Kudus sudah ditetapkan dalam kondisi KLB Covid-19. “Jika sebelumnya belum ada kasus positif, dan kini ada yang terkonfirmasi positif, maka status Kabupaten Kudus menjadi KLB Covid-19,”kata Andini.
Andini menambahkan, atas kondisi ini, Pemkab Kudus akan kembali menindaklanjuti rencana karantina pemudik yang sebelumnya sempat terhalang oleh aksi penolakan warga. Menurutnya, tim Gugus Tugas akan segera melakukan pendekatan lagi ke masyarakat di lokasi karantina.
“Mau tidak mau karantina akan dijalankan. Opsi pertama akan dilakukan di Colo dengan dua tempat yakni Graha Muria dan Pondok Boroh, opsi kedua di Balai Diklat Menawan dan pilihan terakhir di Rusunawa,”tandasnya.
Dengan adanya dua pasien positif ini, Andini juga berharap masyarakat dan para ODP bisa benar-benar mengkarantina diri di rumah dengan sungguh-sungguh. Sehingga benar-benar bisa memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus corona.
Andini pun benar-benar meminta masyarakat untuk menghindari kerumunan. Masa diliburkannya instansi maupun sekolah dikatakannya adalah mencegah penyebaran terjadi. Bukan hanya anjuran pemerintah semata.
“Ini benar-benar harus dilakukan, supaya kami tidak waswas terhadap rantai penularannya,” tekannya.
