JAKARTA (SUARABARU.ID) Komite Disiplin (Komdis) PSSI telah menerima surat dari PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) tertanggal 14 September 2021 tentang dugaan pelanggaran dalam hal pergantian pemain pada pertandingan BRI Liga 1 antara Persija Jakarta melawan PSIS Semarang di Stadion Indomilk Arena, Tangerang (12/9).
Menurut Ketua Komisi Disiplin (Komdis) Erwin L Tobing, setelah kasus ini ditelusuri dan diinvestigasi oleh Komdis, terus dilanjutkan sidang yang dilaksanakan pada Senin, 20 September 2021 mengambil keputusan :
1. Hasil investigasi didasarkan dengan bukti pendukung di antaranya:
a. Flash report post match yang dibuat oleh match commisioner
b. Laporan wasit yang memimpin pertandingan
c. Laporan wasit cadangan
d. Keterangan general coordinator
Bahwa berdasarkan dari keterangan pihak terkait di atas ditemukan fakta bahwa sebenarnya pergantian pemain yang dilakukan oleh tim PSIS Semarang pada menit ke 63 dilakukan dalam satu (1) Slot pergantian berisi dua pemain. Itu dibuktikan dengan formulir pergantian pemain, dan dipertegas oleh keterangan wasit cadangan.
Jadi ada masalah teknis memasukkan pemain berada di wilayah wasit cadangan yang berkoordinasi dengan wasit yang memimpin pertandingan.
Berdasarkan data dan keterangan tersebut, Komdis menyatakan PSIS Semarang tidak melakukan kesalahan.
2. Komdis tidak melihat adanya pelanggaran regulasi yang dilakukan oleh PSIS Semarang. Kesalahan terjadi adanya komunikasi yang kurang baik antara match commissioner, wasit cadangan, general coordinator, keteledoran dari perangkat pertandingan, dan panitia pelaksana (panpel) yang kurang cermat
3. Komdis menyerahkan kepada Komite Wasit untuk mengambil keputusan dan sanksi tegas sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.
Bahwa wasit adalah merupakan elemen terpenting dalam penerapan dan penegakan laws of the game di sebuah pertandingan. Integritas, ketegasan dan keberanian seorang wasit dalam menegakan aturan permainan sepakbola sangat diperlukan demi lancarnya jalannya sebuah pertandingan.
‘’Jadi sekarang kasus ini berada di tangan Komite Wasit untuk memutuskan. Mereka akan segera bersidang untuk memutuskan hal ini,’’ ujar Ketua Komisi Disiplin PSSI, Erwin L Tobing.
