JAKARTA (SUARABARU.ID) – Presiden Amerika Serikat Donald Trump mengaku telah berbicara dengan Presiden RI Joko Widodo, Jumat (24/4) malam dan akan menyediakan ventilator untuk penanganan pasien COVID-19, bagi Indonesia.
Informasi itu dibagikan Presiden Trump melalui akun Twitter @realDonaldTrump, yang dikutip di Jakarta Sabtu. “Baru saja berbicara dengan teman saya, Presiden Joko Widodo dari Republik Indonesia. Meminta ventilator, yang kami akan sediakan. Kerja sama yang baik di antara kami,” cuit Trump dalam akun Twitternya.
Trump dalam beberapa cuitannya juga menyampaikan telah berbicara dengan sejumlah pemimpin negara lainnya seperti Presiden El Savador Nayib Bukele, Presiden Honduras Juan Orlando Hernandez serta Presiden Ekuador Lenin Moreno. Kepada sejumlah pemimpin negara itu Trump juga berjanji memberikan bantuan ventilator.
