SURAKARTA (SUARABARU.ID) – Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat / IOH) melanjutkan komitmennya dalam mewujudkan tujuan besar memberdayakan Indonesia dengan meluncurkan Experience Center Pertama Indonesia yang bertempat di Solo Techno Park, Selasa 20 Agustus 2024.

Fasilitas Dengan Teknologi Termutakhir Ini Didukung oleh konektivitas 5G, menjadi bentuk nyata komitmen Indosat dalam membentuk masa depan Indonesia sebagai negara berdaya AI, serta memposisikan Indonesia sebagai pemain kunci di komunitas AI global.

Peresmian AI Experience Center Ini Dihadiri oleh tokoh-tokoh penting, seperti Wijaya Kusumawardhana, Staf Ahli Menteri Bidang Sosial, Ekonomi, dan Budaya Yang mewakili Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia.

Selain itu acara peresmian ini juga dihadiri oleh Vikram Sinha, President Director and CEO Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison; dan Walikota Surakarta, Teguh Prakosa.

Momentum ini menandai kemajuan Indonesia dalam mencapai visi Indonesia Emas 2045 melalui pemanfaatan teknologi canggih, dengan konektivitas 5G sebagai tulang punggung transformasi ini.

Staf Ahli Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia Bidang Sosial, Ekonomi, dan Budaya, Wijaya Kusumawardhana, mengucapkan selamat bagi Indosat sebagai pionir dalam menghadirkan AI Experience Center Pertama Di Indonesia.

“Inisiatif Ini Merupakan momentum penting bagi evolusi industri telekomunikasi. Kami percaya bahwa experience center ini akan menjadi katalisator inovasi di berbagai sektor, dan kami secara penuh mendukung kesuksesannya,” katanya.

Sementara itu, President Director and CEO Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Vikram Sinha, menegaskan, AI Experience Centering menjadi penanda penting dalam perjalanan kami memberdayakan Indonesia melalui AI.

“Hal ini mempertegas komitmen kami dalam mentransformasi lanskap digital dan telekomunikasi Indonesia. Kami mengapresiasi dukungan dari Pemerintah Indonesia dan mitra strategis yang memiliki kesamaan visi dalam mendorong Indonesia ke panggung global. Ini barulah permulaan dari berbagai perkembangan menarik lain dalam membuka peluang tanpa batas bagi jutaan masyarakat Indonesia,” katanya.

Walikota Surakarta, Teguh Prakosa, menekankan, pihaknya merasa terhormat dengan dipilihnya Solo oleh Indosat sebagai tempat AI Experience Center pertama di Indonesia.

“Fasilitas ini tidak hanya akan meningkatkan keunggulan Solo Technopark tapi juga memicu efek berganda bagi ekonomi lokal dan digitalisasi, membawa manfaat bagi edukasi, pariwisata, dan penciptaan lapangan pekerjaan,” katanya.

Bermitra dengan perusahaan teknologi global seperti Huawei, Indosat AI Experience Center Memamerkan Teknologi AI terkini yang dapat diaplikasikan di berbagai sektor, termasuk smart city management yang mengoptimalkan jaringan 5G Indosat, seni, industri makanan, serta industri kreatif.

Tidak hanya untuk menunjukkan inovasi terkini dari AI, experience center ini juga akan berfungsi sebagai pusat pelatihan yang menawarkan program bagi pelajar, aparatur sipil negara, hingga masyarakat luas untuk mempelajari manfaat AI untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan membuka peluang baru.

Fasilitas ini akan menjadi awal bagi AI Center of Excellence yang direncanakan didirikan oleh Indosat dalam Waktu dekat, yang mana juga akan didukung oleh teknologi 5G.
