<p>Untuk meminimalisir terserang penyakit jantung tersebut, tentu saja dibutuhkan pola hidup sehat seperti salah satunya rutin mengonsumsi makanan bergizi, contohnya biji-bijian.</p>
<p>Dilansir dari <em>Suara.com</em> pada Kamis (29/9/2022), biji-bijian menurut ahli gizi mengandung nutrisi yang mampu memaksimalkan energi.</p>

<p>Biji-bijian juga memiliki kandungan kalium serta magnesium yang berfungsi membantu menurunkan tekanan darah seseorang.</p>
<p>Dihimpun dari laman Hops.id Jaringan Suara.com, vitamin B dalam biji-bijian diklaim pula menjadikan metabolisme tubuh berfungsi dengan baik. Lonjakan gula darah seseorang juga dikatakan mampu diminimalisir dengan rutin mengonsumsi biji-bijian.</p>
<p>Karbohidrat olahan, di sisi lain, sangat rendah nutrisi dan serat yang menyebabkan gula darah naik dengan cepat. Departemen Pertanian AS (USDA), di situs resminya, menyarankan agar kamu makan setidaknya setengah dari asupan nutrisi harianmu adalah biji-bijian.</p>

<p>Selain makan biji-bijian dan mengonsumsi beberapa makanan tinggi serat, jangan lupa juga untuk rutin berolahraga agar tubuh sehat bugar terhindar dari berbagai macam penyakit mematikan.</p>
