										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>SEMARANG (SUARABARU.ID)-</strong> Puasa terbukti berdampak baik bagi kesehatan tubuh secara umum. Namun, akibat pola makan dan gaya hidup yang salah bisa menimbulkan dampak buruk, dan salah satunya yang paling terlihat adalah pada kondisi kulit jadi lebih kering.</p>
<p>Dilansir dari <em>Suara.com</em>, dokter spesialis kulit dan kelamin ZAP Clinic dr. Rahma Evasari, Sp.DV., menjelaskan bahwa kulit kering menjadi tanda kalau tubuh mengalami dehidrasi. Kurang cairan itu sebenarnya bisa dicegah meskipun tubuh tidak minum selama belasan jam saat berpuasa.</p>
<p>Namun, akibat makanan dan minuman yang dikonsumsi kurang bergizi, ditambah asupan air mineral tidak cukup selama waktu berbuka dan sahur, sehingga dehidrasi tak bisa dihindarkan.</p>

<p>&#8220;Makanan dan minuman yang harus dihindari sebenarnya memang yang bikin kita feel good. Misalnya, kalau buka puasa maunya makan gorengan, minum yang manis. Tapi, sebetulnya efeknya buruk bagi kulit,&#8221; kata dokter Rahma dalam acara temu media di Jakarta, Jumat (22/4/2022).</p>
<p>Dokter Rahma menambahkan, terlalu banyak konsumsi susu, gula, dan juga tepung sangat berpengaruh buruk terhadap kesehatan kulit. Salah satunya bisa menimbulkan jerawat.</p>
<p>Padahal secara alami, puasa sebenarnya bisa mempercepat proses regenerasi kulit. Tetapi, akibat sumber nutrisi yang dikonsumsi kurang tepat, ditambah aktivitas fisik yang kurang, membuat masalah kesehatan pada kulit bermunculan.</p>

<p>Jadi pastikan bahwa cairan yang diminum cukup, minimal 8 gelas sehari. Delapan gelas itu bisa dipecah, misalnya 2 gelas saat sahur, 2 gelas saat berbuka, 2 gelas setelah tarawih, dan 2 gelas sebelum tidur,&#8221; ujarnya.</p>
<p>&#8220;Bukan hanya membuat tampilan jadi kurang menarik, kulit kering juga bisa menyebabkan bakteri, kuman, serta patogen lainnya jadi mudah masuk ke tubuh. Selain itu, kulit jadi lebih sensitif dan mudah iritasi.</p>
<p>Dokter Rahma mengingatkan, selain asupan cairan, tidur dan aktivitas fisik juga berperan bagi kesehatan kulit.</p>
<p>&#8220;Tidur jangan terlalu malam dan jangan puasa ular, kerjaannya tidur doang, enggak olahraga. Karena aktivitas fisik penting untuk kesehatan kulit, untuk hilangkan toksik dalam tubuh,&#8221; pungkasnya.</p>
