<p>Dalam kondisi seperti ini, tubuh kita perlu meningkatkan asupan nutrisi.</p>
<p>Melansir dari Suara.com (Healthshots, Kamayani Naresh), ahli nutrisi dan kesehatan menyebut, ada beberapa buah segar dan sayuran yang bisa membantu mengatasi dampak cuaca panas. Tak hanya kaya vitamin, tapi juga dapat mendinginkan suhu tubuh.</p>
<p>Ini beberapa jenis makanan yang disarankan untuk disantap saat cuaca panas, yang berguna untuk kesehatanmu.</p>
<p>1. Buah-buahan segar<br />
Musim panas biasanya lagi musim berbagai buah-buahan berair, seperti jeruk, mangga, nanas, stroberi, tomat, dan lainnya. Buah-buahan ini kaya akan vitamin C dan juga mengandung vitamin lainnya seperti vitamin A, B, E, dan K.</p>
<p>Vitamin C meningkatkan penyerapan zat besi, sehingga meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh. Buah-buahan yang menghidrasi seperti melon dan semangka adalah yang terbaik untuk musim panas. Buah-buahan ini kaya akan vitamin C dan membantu menjaga kadar air tubuh yang pada akhirnya membantu menjaga suhu tubuh.</p>
<p>2. Kacang kedelai<br />
Sebaiknya hindari mengkonsumsi daging saat cuaca panas, karena dapat melepaskan lebih banyak panas tubuh. Menurut Naresh, kacang kedelai adalah pengganti protein yang sempurna, dan juga kaya akan mineral dan vitamin B.</p>
<p>3. Jamur<br />
Jamur kaya akan vitamin B, D, tembaga, kalium, dan selenium, serta memiliki kalori yang rendah. Ini mengandung nutrisi yang menjaga irama jantung dan produksi sel darah merah. Jamur adalah salah satu makanan yang sempurna untuk dimakan saat cuaca panas, karena dapat membantu meningkatkan fungsi saraf.</p>
<p>4. Sayuran segar<br />
Naresh menyarankan bahwa paprika, brokoli, kubis, kembang kol, mentimun, bayam, tomat, zucchini, adalah beberapa sayuran musim panas yang tidak boleh dilewatkan. Sayuran ini tinggi antioksidan, serat, dan vitamin, yang dapat membantu menurunkan kolesterol dan meningkatkan kesehatan jantung.</p>
<p>5. Jagung<br />
