Oleh karena itu, sangat penting bagi kita untuk menjaga keseimbangan cairan tubuh selama bulan ramadan.</p>
<p>Dilansir dari laman Kemenkes, cara paling efektif untuk mencegah dehidrasi selama puasa adalah dengan meminum cukup banyak air, agar kebutuhan cairan dalam tubuh kita dapat terpenuhi. Sebagai aturan umum, setiap orang disarankan untuk minum delapan gelas air setiap hari.</p>
<p><strong>Strategi memenuhi cairan tubuh selama puasa.                                                </strong>Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan cairan saat puasa, kamu bisa coba menerapkan pola 2-4-2:</p>
<p>Pertama, 2 gelas air putih saat berbuka</p>
<p>Minum air putih saat berbuka puasa membantu mengganti cairan tubuh yang hilang setelah seharian beraktivitas. Biasakan untuk berbuka puasa dengan air putih, baru dilanjut dengan makanan lainnya. Saat berbuka puasa, pastikan untuk minum sedikitnya dua gelas air putih sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Satu gelas saat adzan maghrib dan satu gelas menjelang adzan isya.</p>
<p>Kedua, 4 gelas air putih saat makan malam</p>
<p>Sangat disarankan untuk minum air putih secara berkala saat malam hari hingga menjelang tidur. Minum 4 gelas air putih pada malam hari dengan pembagian dua gelas air putih saat makan, dan dua gelas air putih menjelang tidur. Minum air putih sebelum makan dan sesudah makan bisa membantu melancarkan proses pencernaan makanan.</p>
<p>Ketiga, 2 gelas air putih saat sahur</p>
<p>Sahur sangat penting untuk memberi energi tubuh selama puasa. Saat sahur setidaknya minum dua gelas air putih, bisa dibagi dengan satu gelas saat bangun tidur dan satu gelas setelah makan sahur.</p>
<p>Dengan terpenuhinya kebutuhan cairan kita selama berpuasa, diharapkan tubuh dapat terhindar dari dehidrasi. Sehingga kita bisa menjalankan puasa dengan sehat dan semangat.</p>
<p>Ibadah puasa juga bukan alasan untuk tidak menerapkan perilaku hidup sehat, untuk itu tetap terapkan perilaku hidup sehat dengan memilih menu buka puasa yang bergizi seimbang, dan melakukan aktivitas fisik ringan setiap harinya.</p>
